Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging — or packaged so that it is equally well protected in transit.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with simple drop-off instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized orders, perishable goods, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch before ordering.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
