About the album

Released in 1979, Highway to Hell was the last AC/DC album to feature Bon Scott, who died in February 1980, and it became the band's first LP to break the top 100 of the US Billboard 200, reaching number 17. Produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange, it sharpened the band's blues-rock attack into something more radio-ready without softening the bite. AllMusic called the title track "one of hard rock's all-time anthems," and the album also includes "Girls Got Rhythm" and "Touch Too Much."

Collector Notes: Bon Scott's last album with the band, the Mutt Lange production: Highway To Hell, Girls Got Rhythm, Touch Too Much, If You Want Blood, Night Prowler. The disc is a JVC Disc America pressing, Made in U.S.A., with the Europe 050 628 number on the inlay. Disc is in near mint condition, Booklet and rear insert are clean and sharp, however booklet shows two light dents on its lower corners, from its case plastic holders, see pictures overall shows minimal signs of wear! ORIGINAL JVC PRESS!
