Seller's Notes: Audiophile Press, Sealed, Half-Speed Mastered, Original Master Recording
Collector Notes: This was Mobile Fidelity's very first Beatles release — the yellow Original Master Recording banner, white labels with the Capitol 'C' — half-speed mastered by Stan Ricker and pressed on Super High Definition vinyl in Japan. The 1969 album whose cover carries no band name and no title, closing with the Side Two medley through 'Golden Slumbers,' 'Carry That Weight' and 'The End.' Early pressings of this title shipped with a posterboard fold-out insert protecting the record; sealed, so it has never been checked. Sealed in Mobile Fidelity's original factory poly bag with the breathing holes, the 'Super High Fidelity' and 'A Brand New Experience!' stickers intact. Disclosure: the outer MFSL bag has a small tear near one corner beside a breathing hole; see pictures! AMAZINGLY RARE SEALED COPY WITH BOTH HYPE STICKERS!
