Hard to find copy. Media looks in Near Mint condition. Inner plastic ring reads: made in USA digital audio disc corp "d" " case / insert / booklet are: Excellent Plus (EX+): original case shows normal shelf wear and age, not cracked not broken, works like it's supposed to. Booklet is clean, but there are a few light dot markings on the right side, but nothing major. Please see pictures, what you see is what you get. Overall in Excellent Plus condition
