Collector Notes: Twenty-two tangos and paso dobles on a French pressing — 'España Cañí,' 'A Media Luz,' 'El Gato Montés,' 'Yira Yira,' 'Malevaje,' 'Noche De Reyes.' This is dance-floor programming rather than a concert record: the tempos are steady and the arrangements are built for people actually moving. Pressed by PDO in France for Atoll Music, catalog ATO 8601, and rarely seen on this side of the Atlantic. Booklet shows 2 dents on the right side from the plastic holders, and a few other dents/wrinkles on the front/back sides.
