Collector Notes: El Poder del Norte started in Monterrey in 1987 as Los Pioneros del Norte before rebranding, and broke through nationally with 1997's Aquí Están. Con Ganas de Ti, the very next year, rode that momentum with eleven more tracks of the ranchera-cumbia sound that built their following. Insert shows 2 deep dents on the right side from the plastic holders, a crease on the left side, and a few scratches on the front/back sides.
