Seller's Notes: Import

Collector Notes: Erroll Garner, the self-taught pianist who wrote Misty, recorded these Gershwin and Jerome Kern standards for his own Octave label in the mid-70s. Strike Up The Band, I Got Rhythm, Someone To Watch Over Me and Old Man River swing with his trademark behind-the-beat left hand, and this CD adds Why Do I Love You, a previously unreleased track available only on compact disc. An EmArcy disc made in West Germany, pressed by PDO. Disc is in excellent (EX) condition, shows a few visible marks, but does not affect play. Booklet shows 2 dents on the right side from the plastic holders, but nothing major.

Curated by Collectors, for Collectors. Backed by 20+ years and 25,000+ sales with 100% positive feedback. Every pressing is verified before it ships.
