About the album
Released in June 1982, Three Sides Live gathers live recordings from Genesis's 1980 and 1981 tours on its first three sides, the latter being the tour behind Abacab. Phil Collins is credited with drums and lead vocals, Tony Banks with keyboards and Mike Rutherford with guitar and bass, joined by Daryl Stuermer and Chester Thompson. The set includes live versions of "Turn It On Again" and "Abacab", and the UK edition's fourth side adds live tracks from 1976, 1978 and 1980. A useful document of Genesis bridging two eras in a live setting.
