About the album
Released in March 1989, this was the album that brought Scarface and Willie D into the group alongside original members Bushwick Bill and DJ Ready Red. Issued on Rap-A-Lot after the disappointing results of the group's first album, it was later remixed by Rick Rubin, who reworked 10 of its tracks for the 1990 remix album The Geto Boys. Its lyrical content has since been credited with pioneering the horrorcore subgenre, and the tracklist includes "Do It Like a G.O.," "Size Ain't ___" and "Mind of a Lunatic."

Notice the last page of booklet is heavily cut across the whole page! Page #1 shows 2 deep dents on the right side from the plastic holders.
