Seller's Notes: Import

Collector Notes: Giorgio Moroder's score for Alan Parker's 1978 film Midnight Express won the Academy Award for Best Original Score and changed what a soundtrack could sound like. The pulsing synthesizer instrumental Chase became a club staple, Love's Theme and the main theme carry the drama, and the record adds vocal versions with Chris Bennett on the Theme From Midnight Express and David Castle on Istanbul Blues. A Casablanca disc made in West Germany by PolyGram. Disc is in near mint condition. Booklet and back insert are clean and sharp. Smooth edge case.

Curated by Collectors, for Collectors. Backed by 20+ years and 25,000+ sales with 100% positive feedback. Every pressing is verified before it ships.
