Seller's Notes: Import

Collector Notes: Cape Town guitarist and singer Jonathan Butler had been recording since he was a boy in South Africa, and this 1986 Jive album introduced him to the rest of the world. Produced and arranged by Barry Eastmond, it mixes smooth soul vocals with warm jazz guitar: Baby Please Don't Take It (I Need Your Love), Haunted By Your Love, 7th Avenue South, Crossroads Revisited and the instrumental Afrika, a nod to home. Song For Jon closes the set. Disc made in Japan for Arista. Disc is in excellent plus condition. Booklet shows a deep dent with tiny tears on the top back side from the plastic holder, and there are other dents on the front/back sides. Smooth edge case.

Curated by Collectors, for Collectors. Backed by 20+ years and 25,000+ sales with 100% positive feedback. Every pressing is verified before it ships.
