Seller's Notes: Import
Collector Notes: King Crimson's second album was made while the band was coming apart: Ian McDonald and Michael Giles had left after the first American tour, and Greg Lake sang most of the record before leaving to form Emerson, Lake & Palmer. Robert Fripp held it together with Peter Giles, pianist Keith Tippett and Gordon Haskell, who sings Cadence And Cascade. Pictures Of A City, the title song, Cat Food and the Peace pieces that frame the album, behind Tammo de Jongh's painting The 12 Archetypes. It reached number four in Britain. Disc is in near mint condition. Back insert shows a wavy/wrinkly look towards the right side. Booklet shows 1 dent on the back side from the plastic holder, and a few other wrinkles/dents on the front/back sides. Includes original smooth case.
