CD is: Near Mint (NM). Played once or twice with much care, shows virtually no signs of wear, or being played. Plays smoothly and transfers cleanly to any format, amazing audiophile sound! Hard to find copy made in Japan! Case / insert / booklet are: Excellent Plus (EX+). Case shows normal shelf wear. Booklet looks clean, but there is a dent on the right side, as well as other wrinkles on the front/back sides. OBI strip is clean and sharp. Japanese lyric notes show wrinkles/creases on the front/back sides, but nothing major. Please see pictures, what you see is what you get. Overall in Excellent Plus condition
