Seller's Notes: Import
Collector Notes: Nana Mouskouri, the Greek singer in the black glasses, is one of the best-selling recording artists of all time, at home in a dozen languages. Her 1982 album takes its title from Song For Liberty, new words set to the chorus of the Hebrew slaves from Verdi's Nabucco, and fills out with songs she made her own: Leonard Cohen's The Guests, John Denver's Daydreams, Kris Kristofferson's Loving Him Was Easier, The Rose, Bob Dylan's Every Grain Of Sand, Sweet Music Man and the Greek To Potami. Arranged and conducted by Alain Goraguer, produced by André Chapelle. Disc is in excellent condition. Booklet shows 2 dents on the right side from the plastic holders and a few other wrinkles on the front/back sides.
