Seller's Notes: Original USA Press

Collector Notes: Inner plastic ring reads: Made in USA, Digital Audio Disc Corp "D". Still Life (Talking) was the Pat Metheny Group's first album for Geffen, recorded in March and April 1987 at Power Station in New York and mastered by Bob Ludwig at Masterdisk. Metheny and Lyle Mays leaned into Brazilian rhythm and wordless vocals, and the record won the Grammy for Best Jazz Fusion Performance. It opens with "Minuano (Six Eight)" and holds "Last Train Home", the slow-rolling Metheny classic, alongside "So May It Secretly Begin", "(It's Just) Talk", "Third Wind", "Distance" and "In Her Family". Pressed in the USA by Digital Audio Disc Corporation (DADC). Disc is in NM condition with a clean play side. Booklet shows 2 deep dents on the back top/bottom sides from the plastic holders. Case is not cracked, not broken.

Curated by Collectors, for Collectors. Backed by 20+ years and 25,000+ sales with 100% positive feedback. Every pressing is verified before it ships.
