Seller's Notes: Original USA Press

Collector Notes: Inner plastic ring reads: Made in USA, Digital Audio Disc Corp "D". So was the record that turned Peter Gabriel from art-rock cult hero into a household name. Co-produced with Daniel Lanois, it opens with the storm of "Red Rain" before "Sledgehammer" lands, the horn-driven single that went all the way to number one in the US. "Don't Give Up" pairs Gabriel with Kate Bush, "In Your Eyes" became a love song for a generation, and "Mercy Street" and "Big Time" show both sides of the man. This CD also carries "This Is The Picture (Excellent Birds)", the track written with Laurie Anderson. Pressed in the USA by Digital Audio Disc Corporation (DADC). Disc is in NM condition with a clean play side. Booklet and back insert are clean and sharp in NM. Case is not cracked, not broken.

Curated by Collectors, for Collectors. Backed by 20+ years and 25,000+ sales with 100% positive feedback. Every pressing is verified before it ships.
