Seller's Notes: Still sealed in shrink wrap, Original 1974 US first pressing (no barcode on back cover), Original lineup with John Rutsey on drums (pre-Neil Peart)
Collector Notes: Rush's self-titled debut — the only album with original drummer John Rutsey behind the kit, before Neil Peart joined for the very next record. A harder, bluesier Rush, closer to Zeppelin or Cream than the progressive band they'd become, and "Working Man" is the track that got picked up on Cleveland radio and started the whole career. This is an original 1974 US Mercury pressing, still sealed in its shrink wrap: the back cover carries no barcode, the marker collectors use to separate an original press from the later reissues that share this catalog number. NOTE: lower right corner on its back cover shows a light bump. The rest of the jacket is bright and clean, with no ring wear, no seam splits, and no writing. Sealed!
