Collector Notes: The odd one out in this shipment, and a good one — Santa Sangre was an American hardcore band on Eulogy Recordings, the Florida label that put out Bane, Evergreen Terrace and a long list of early-2000s heavy records. Eleven tracks: 'Bury Your Dreams,' 'An Afterlife Of Death,' 'Killer Smile,' 'Give Up The Ghost,' 'Assassination By Remote Control.' The band took its name from Jodorowsky's 1989 film, and the packaging runs with it — red transparent jewel case, blood-spatter disc art, and a Jodorowsky quote printed inside the back insert. Distributed by Lumberjack in the US and Alveran in Europe. Booklet shows a light dent on the top side, but nothing major. Also, 1 of the red plastic teeth that holds the disc is broken off, still holds disc in place.
