About the album
Released on March 22, 1994, Mind Blowin is Vanilla Ice's second studio album, following his debut To the Extreme. A lot of the lyrics reference smoking marijuana, especially on "Roll 'Em Up", and the credits list live bass, drums and guitar players. Commercially it stalled: the album did not chart, sold about 42,000 copies in the US, a massive drop from the debut, and reviews were unfavorable.

Seller's Notes: Original USA Press
Collector Notes: The record where Vanilla Ice tried to reinvent himself after the backlash — dreadlocks, weed references, and production that leans hard into the G-funk of the moment. It sold almost nothing and went out of print fast, which is exactly why it's harder to find now than the album that sold fifteen million. Beautiful copy all around! Original 1994.
